Conditions of stay and useful information

Booking

 

  • Confirmation of the reservation: The reservation is binding from the moment you have received a written confirmation from us by e-mail, fax or post regarding the advance payment.

 

 

Arrivals and departures

 

  • On the day of arrival you can occupy the apartment from 12:00. On the day of departure, please leave the apartment before 10:00.

  • Are you traveling by train or bus? Let us know in advance the timetables so that we can pick you up at a small supplement at the Trento railway station.

 

Apartments / Rooms

 

  • The price of the apartment includes electricity, water, heating, dishes and kitchen, bathroom and bed linen.

  • We also offer daily cleaning of the apartment (except the kitchen) for € 15.00 per day.

 

Living room

 

  • No smoking: Our property is a non-smoking residence. We therefore ask you not to smoke in the apartments, in the sauna, in the swimming pool and in the bar. Smoking areas are provided on the balconies and on the terrace.

  • Upon request, we can get your favorite newspaper every morning.

 

 

Pets

 

  • THE your four-legged friends are welcome in our residence. For them there is an additional cost at the end of the stay of € 50.00, for more thorough cleaning. Please bring kennels and blankets from home.

 

Children

 

  • Upon request, a high chair and cot can be added to the apartment.

 

 

 

Terms of payment

 

  • Methods of payment: You can make your payments via Visa or Eurocard (Except American Express and Diners). You can also pay the bill by check or cash. We remind you that in Italy, pursuant to article 12 of Legislative Decree no. 201/2011, there is a limit of € 2,999.00 for cash payments.

  • Tourist tax: it is collected by the accommodation for each sleep and overnight stay. The amount of this city tax is € 1.50. Children and young people under 14 are exempt from paying. The tourist tax is calculated on departure and is indicated separately on the invoice.

 

Cancellation policy

 

  • Cancellation is free of charge up to one month before the arrival date.

  • The cancellation penalty up to 2 weeks before arrival is 50% of the total agreed price (without restaurant service), up to 1 week before arrival is 70%.

  • From a week and in case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount will be charged.
